expects a beautiful soothing experience, but this experience was not given. at the arrival there was a relatiw long queen, but this did not disturb us after we were waiting for a small because, we were greeted by a very rude barista who had cried on her personal. (including a young trainee barista) after telling her my order, she quickly turned back to me and began to make the drinks before they spin and scrape the drinks on my tablet. I understand if people have bad days, but there is no excuse to take their frustration on their personal and paying customers! I hope that costa will immediately expose this problem
Love Costa coffee so the fact that I can run in, get one (usually whilst picking up items at Tesco I forgot from the weekly shop) is good as my monthly treat to myself. They always have lovely cakes to tempt me, looking at me...while I'm placing my order lol : The only thing negative thing I can say is with seating space, as it doesn't take long for all seats to be taken so shoppers usually do have to jostle for space.
Poor service. Staff never greet you, they tend serve without making eye contact or speaking. They never smile or appear happy in their work. When asked for extra milk for a large coffee it was given begrudgingly and the very small jug was only half...filled. Disappointing as we enjoy Costa Coffee.
beautiful low prices because it is a concession, vegan options and helpful staff that always carry my tablet when I have the stroller with me. not star, because sometimes the tables are not deleted as fast as possible, but overall I am happy., and I often once in the week.

We entered Costa and the girl on the front was very degrading towards us. Her supervisor attempted to calm her down but had little luck. We got our coffees and enjoyed them still however.
Massive cups ,few cakes,not a large seating area but looks nice.Lot of laptop users with a never ending coffee sitting it out so shopper jog for seats
The girl who was serving at Tesco Esso on Windmill Avenue need a check up; such a bad attitude! No customers service skills and dirty old tattoos
a hot chocolate from here ordered and it was disgusting, ridiculously sweet, could not drink it, rough.

in the main building of tesco. usual Costa Decor, ordinary costa were overpriced. always busy.
