Dear management: first: we went to nandos (camperdown filiale) 12:15 o'clock for lunch on 29 november 2018 and lunch was served at 12: 55 o'clock. the midday break of our office was 1 hour. we were so angry that we said that the staff of the load give our food quickly and he looks like an Indian. we were so upset, asking what they're doing late to deliver the food delay. they apologized for that. then we'll keep in mind when they apologize. but today we went back six people to lunch there and then we sit and choose to eat. then I went to the writing to order the food. the same indian came out and began to call with me, he behaved, disregarded and humiliated before all customers and...more
Great place, good customer service especially the Malaysian girl and the Indian man with the glasses. If I had a hotel then I would have hired these two hands down. What a lovely place, food well cooked and above all a clean place, very few of Nandos I have gone are that clean. I haven't interacted that much with other staffs, but with the service that these 2 provide, I am very much satisfied. Thank you very much.
I waited 25 minutes for large chips and spicy rice. The customer service was really good, staff were friendly and the restaurant looked cleaned and inviting. However, waiting 25 minutes for a serve of chips and rice while the dining area is empty is pathetic. Food was good but wouldn't recommend unless you're happy to wait. Absolutely awful experience. It took about 30 minutes for my meal to arrive, and the staff seemed indifferent. To top it off, the food was served cold. Appalling service all around. I would not recommend this restaurant. Dining in for lunch, the price per person is between A$1–20. Overall rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.

This place is like a roulete. Sometimes it's just an amazing experience the other time it's just not what you expecting from nanods.. overalls I reckon this place is okay.
