I went back inside to inform the staff that drinking my order was impossible. I would have given this restaurant a 5-star rating, but I had an issue during my most recent visit. For the past year, I've usually been able to choose two or three fillings with my order, but this time I was informed that this option wasn't available, and I ended up being charged extra. I explained to the cashier that I usually pay around $15 for my meal and have never had any additional charges before. However, he insisted that it wasn’t possible. I know I wasn’t charged extra because I always double-check my receipt. On a positive note, my kids really enjoy eating here, and I appreciate the coupons and loyalty program they offer for free items.
I live on the West Island and was craving bubble tea. The nearest place available on UberEats was this restaurant, so I thought I'd give it a try, even though I'm usually picky about my bubble tea, particularly since their name doesn't sound very Asian. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a green tea with passion fruit, along with tapioca and lychee jelly, and I absolutely loved it! It exceeded my expectations! This will definitely become my favorite spot, and I can’t wait to order from them again!
As someone who doesn't drive and resides on the western side of the island, finding quality bubble tea that delivers can be quite a challenge. Luckily, I discovered Coucou Café, and I couldn’t be happier. Their fruity milk teas are fantastic, and the coconut and taro flavors are always favorites in my household. I appreciate how they help me indulge my cravings without having to rely on public transportation!

I recently found some amazing boba spots on West Island! They have a great selection that goes beyond the typical fruit flavors, featuring high-quality boba made with fresh milk. You can try delicious options like oolong milk tea, matcha milk tea, and brown sugar boba. They also offer the choice to switch to oat milk or lactose-free milk, which is a nice touch! I highly recommend checking them out!
I consistently have a great experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the flavors are outstanding. The prices are also a bit lower compared to other bubble tea shops. The only downside is that they don’t open early enough to satisfy my bubble tea cravings. I highly recommend this place to all Montrealers!
The coffee shop at Marché de L'Ouest is quite convenient, offering plenty of parking and various activities nearby. The ambiance is pleasant, and the coffee is excellent. They also offer a loyalty card for regular customers. Although bubble tea is available on the menu, I didn't have the opportunity to try it.
Absolutely amazing! This is the best boba I've ever tasted—even better than what you find in Fairview. I prefer this place because the boba is less sweet and has a deeper flavor. Highly recommend!!!
