The Country Kitchen is located in the Holiday Inn, formerly the Clarion Hotel. The hotel is being renovated, including the restaurant. At the present time, the restaurant is very stark with bare walls, and little in the way of ambience. It looks like a conference room with tables set up. There is a single booth. The wait staff were incredibly friendly. The menu is very limited, focusing on pancakes and traditional egg dishes such as omelets. No oatmeal. No bagels. No Mexican entrees such as huevos rancheros. Prices are very high for what it is. Coffee is over $4 a cup. Omelettes are $15, plus or minus. You'll likely do better at a local restaurant or even another chain diner. Before the hote...
We visited this restaurant during a road trip two weeks ago. The food was delicious, the restaurant was spotless, and the waitress was attentive. My husband and son loved the chicken fried steak with corn ribs, which was a new experience for us. I opted for the turkey dinner and was pleasantly surprised, as turkey can sometimes be dry, but this was juicy and flavorful. We did encounter a bit of difficulty getting drink refills. Overall, I’d give it a solid 4 stars. We would definitely stop by again if we’re in the area.
I love that they serve breakfast all day, because that was what we were looking for. I had the farm skillet and it was amazing. He had the barn buster and it looked incredible. The food is always awesome here and the atmosphere is as well. Highly recommend coming here
Great food and service, It's just that it seems like an appendage to the motel next door. You have to exit the restaurant proper to reach the bathrooms. They even ask if you are staying at the hotel. Also, prices are about what you'd expect at an IHOP.

The food was not well-prepared considering the prices. I found a $15 dish to be quite basic and uninspired. The children's meals were also disappointing. I won't be dining here again.
We used to love this place , reasonable prices ,good food. After the remodel we went , 50.00 for 2 breakfasts wow. 5.00 coffee no thanks. Sad
I waited at the counter for 15 minutes hoping someone would seat me, but no one showed up, so I ended up leaving without being served.
Went for dinner, sat in the bar area. Food was delicious, staff was wonderful! A great way to end a long day of driving!
