Super good breakfast. Excellent little spot and one of the few places to get a good breakfast in the Butler area. Mom Pop, seat yourself, pay at the register kinda diner. Reasonably priced and hearty breakfast try one of the gyro omelettes, the meat is really tasty. They also have sandwiches and lunch stuff on the menu. Open 6am 3pm every day. P.S. The correct address is 371 Pittsburgh Rd (Route 8) in Butler PA, and the menu posted on here is way wrong. I wouldn't go here expecting lobster for breakfast if I were you.
I actually just got home from the country kitchen. Had a wonderful time, not only was the food wonderful and the prices were Fair the atmosphere was as I remembered it, from back in the day, A Ma ' and Pop Diner feel! Their biscuits and gravy were off the charts! The burger and fries? I wish they had delivery! All jokes aside I wish I could give these guys more than a five-star rating.? The waitresses were very nice, and again very attentive to anything you needed! Long live the country kitchen!
If you decide to go to country kitchen for breakfast, you must get the Fat Greek Omelette! I've never finished the whole thing that's so big, but it's the most delicious omelette I had. Gyro meat for breakfast? That's a great idea!
