the restaurant at the ibis was on the expected standard. the welcome salat is a beautiful note (note for the English salat or salat this is an salat with a light dressing, fresh and crispy) the steak was a little finished in the first night, the fish was cooked in the second night for perfection. the fixed price menus are worth a good one. the red wine ventoux, beautiful, the chardonnay vin d’oc also delicious. we have not tried the rose because only the rose from the island corsica is a good rose. a presentation in the reception area of the hotel, which advises guests of the late opening times for the restaurant, would be a good idea (both night had a large group of children booked the rest...
This restaurant is strategically located next to the Commercial Center. Even if you can find some fish or salad on their menu', they basically serve various kind of grilled meat. The meat choice is quite good while the sides choice is less than basic. I got pork ribs, tender but not memorable, my wife got the duck, tasty but slightly under cooked. The day we visited the place was very busy and the staff was either short handed or poorly organized. Prices are fair, may be a little expensive considering the limited choices available
I've been living in the Courtepaille for 20 years, and I've just learned that they're on the verge of liquidation, hence supplier procurement problems (e.g. visibility problems). Top staff, excellent value for money, warm atmosphere... It's support they need, it's time to go, even if the card is incomplete. Good luck.
Restaurant has a good choice of dishes for lunch. Specialising in BBQ style meat dishes and salads. It lacks a little ambiance as its franchise operation. However service is good, price is reasonable and their special mustard is really good.

The service is good. The food is good, what you would expect from a large chain restaurant. Very conveniently situated. The restaurant lacks the charm of a smaller independent place though.
