The place is clean, and the seating area is spacious and they have an open kitchen that makes me feel good to watch my food being cooked. The food was pretty good. The veggie sambosa was yummy and the kofta kabob was delicious and the accompanying rice and bread was really good. The chicken kabob was average. The thing which really disappointed me was the chicken shawarma. It is not even close to it. The shawarma was basically grilled chicken with a tiny swap of hummus
This place has good atmosphere, it was very welcoming. We’ve never eaten this type of food and the guy at the register helped us to get something tasty and he had a very good attitude and it was already late night. We we received our plates it was a lot of food, more than we expected and it was very tasty. The meat, the chicken, naan bread all was really good. I recommend this place, will continue going back.
Easily some of the best shawarma I?ve ever had in my life. The sauces are made in house and have great flavor. Chicken was juicy and so was the lamb. Also to top it off they brought out this Naan bread fresh baked that was delicious and almost a meal in itself. If your in the area this is a must try. I?m only sad I couldn?t bring the whole place back to Texas with me. Great stop after a day in DC.
Delicious and very well priced! Ordered the chicken and beef kofta?well seasoned, tender, and well-portioned. Meal came out to $15 plus tax. Came with delicious complimentary vegetable sides (I ordered the chickpeas). Meal also came with wonderful bread and complimentary tea (and water of course). Servers are very friendly. The Naan bread is to die for! Best had when it's warm off the rack with tzatziki and mint chutney. The quabli pulav, Chapli kabob are good but almost any of the platters are. Try the chickpeas or potato stew for sides. The bolani is the best kept secret!
Got a great and tasty meals here. They served with rice, bread, and sides. Kabli pulao was great. Neat and clean place with professional staff providing you the service. This place also offers free tea to its customers. Much recommend place for Families.
