Everything was great besides my room not being as clean as it should have been, for example, the walls in the bathroom were a bit sticky and the bath/shower had a stain in it.
Promise, was very helpful during our reservation, made us feel very welcomed and allowed us to ask as many questions as we had. The room she gave us was perfect
