On the positive side, the location is quite convenient, being just a mile from the airport. The shuttle service was timely, although it does make the rounds to multiple hotels in the area—so if you're staying here, you might find it unnecessary. However, the negatives far outweighed the positives. I was given a room that didn’t lock properly. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they assigned me to another room that had the same issue. To make matters worse, the phone in the new room was disconnected, leaving me without a way to contact the front desk. There 's so much to say... good and not so good... that I just don 't feel like going into everything. One thing is for certain... The number of handicap parking spaces is severely limited and should be expanded. The areas marked No Parking should be removed as they 're not used for anything, and if it 's for the shuttle... Why, when it 's constantly en route picking up/dropping off ppl? That 's extra space that could be used constructively (e.g., add 'l ADA parking spots). The iron in my room didn 't work properly. However, after letting the Operations Mgr know, another iron was brought to the room. There 's more, but I 'm done. Won 't be staying here anymore.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were not in good condition at all. There was trash left in my closet. There was lampshades broken curtains were ratty. I’m unsure if the room is completely cleaned prior to me staying, but since I had an emotional day, leaving my family and a very early flight, I stayed. It was disheartening as my room was $253 as I normally would stay in an air bnb. I think the rooms need to be maintained better and cleaned with more attention to detail, check closets, drawers, coffee pot, etc. I chose this location due to distance towards the airport and airport shuttle.

The room was, quite frankly, not clean; I found a large clump of hair stuck to the shower wall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, but the service deteriorated rapidly afterwards. The water station, which was prominently advertised on signs, was always empty. The restaurant in the lobby was disappointing. During checkout, I witnessed one couple taking 30 minutes to complete their process, leaving eight people waiting behind them while the manager and another staff member chatted nearby. I am not pleased at all. Marriott brand is normally my go-to, but this is not what I am accustomed to from Marriott. The tub drains slow. The TV is the first model style flat screen. The double BED room looks like 2 full sized beds, but I was advised it was a standard queen. The lobby has been upgraded, though. Now that is nice. A 3-star hotel and almost $200 a night is crazy for the lack of luxury but the luxury price. It's just very convenient from Midway. I wouldn't recommend this Courtyard

--- **Restaurant Review:** I would advise caution when visiting this place. The phones in the rooms were not functioning, and I noticed a high frequency of car theft in the area. There was also a lot of traffic from non-customers, which was concerning. Additionally, there was a strong sewer odor near the elevator. My family and I had to stay long-term at this hotel due to flooding in our home. During our two-month stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
