Ordered 2 cold subs, one hot sub and 2 fries Got home and one of the cold subs had no meat. How do you sell a turkey sub with no meat?? Called and spoke to the manager who said I could come back and get a replacement for the meatless sub or store credit.Because the location is not very close by, I said I'd come back and she could replace the entire order (due to some of the fooditems being hot) so my family could eat together. The manager denied that, she had no interest in resolving the problem to mysatisfaction. She was fine with us letting the hot food sit while I drove there and back for a replacement sub. I guess thecustomer isn?t always right at this Cousins location.

PLEASE READ ALL....Excellent food! Subs far exceed any other place. BUMMER! Went back yesterday May 6 and food was horrible. $15 wasted. What happened???? Filed complaint and no response. That is very disheartening . Obviously the customer isn'tthat important. Invited back for 2 free subs. Roast beef disappointing. Chicken and cheddar not bad. Just more bread thanfilling. Doubtful I'll be back.

Unfortunely our experience on 11/21 wasn't good. my wife ordered a roast beef sandwich on wheat bread was very stale. it shouldn't happen but did. had to put everything on our bread. we tried to call the store several times just to let them know. noone answered. which this said the cheese steak I had was good.
Got the double serving west Philly steak sub I have my puppies a mini sink and cheese level Great frit a root beer and Jalapeño chips was good the fries would have been fresh for a meal at 6 pm
