Cousins Subs - Table reservation

I tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered. I had to eat the food anyways, but it did not taste good. The fact that the woman who handed me my order was vaping and blowing smoke into my face while delivering it is not only disgusting but also unsanitary. This level of customer service and food quality is unacceptable, especially when employees are vaping indoors. As a manager myself, I would never tolerate such behavior in my business. Management at this restaurant needs to address these issues immediately.

This Cousins Subs location is a great place to visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. The order was prepared quickly and accurately. The seating area and bathroom were both very clean. I recommend stopping by and enjoying a meal in a relaxing environment. The only issue I encountered during my last visit on June 11th was that the steak and cheese sandwich was missing the salad and tomatoes.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times. The service is always fast and friendly. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Move over Subway, Cousins is far superior. The location is good and, as previously mentioned, the staff is always friendly and efficient. If you're in the mood for subs, this is the place to go.

I've ordered from Cousins twice now, and both times my sandwich bread has been quite soggy. I only asked for mayo on my sandwich, no oil or vinegar, yet the bread was still soggy. This was not the typical Cousins experience I've had at other locations.

It took 10 minutes for them to take my order, they got it wrong and put my sandwich on the wrong type of bread. The cheese curds were burnt. I ended up spending almost 30 minutes in the restaurant. There were 6 employees working.
