We have just returned from an incredible skiing holiday and honestly cannot fault a single thing. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The hotel itself was fantastic — spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff truly made the stay special: welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The level of service throughout was outstanding. During our stay it was my brother’s 30th birthday, and without us even asking, the team went above and beyond to make it so special. We could not have hoped for a better place and crew than this beautiful venue where we celebrated our wedding this summer. While planning our wedding from far away, James was always so prompt and resourceful to help us with all the preparations. The weekend of our wedding itself was beyond our wildest expectations. We had an absolutely wonderful time at The Farmhouse! Travelling all the way from Australia, we were warmly welcomed by Dorian, James and the team, who were incredible from the very first email. They patiently answered all my questions—no matter how small or “silly” they might have seemed—and helped us navigate everything as first-timers to snow and skiing. Once we arrived, we instantly felt at home. The room was cozy and perfect for our family, and the location was ideal. From start to finish James and the team made the experience a total joy. Nothing was too difficult and any wedding stresses we had were quickly dispelled by the seamless professionalism, hospitality and friendliness of the Coutettaz staff. Wow, where do I begin? I mean this is the best experience I have ever had. It was my first time in the alps, my best friends 30th birthday and staying in the Farmhouse made it absolutely one of my favorite memory of all time. The staff were so nice, attentive and always ready to help or even have a nice chat. The interior was crazy cool, vintage and with an amazing fireplace by the bar. It's hard to describe how wonderful this place is. Unmatched for friendly helpfulness with a genuine mission to please. All done with good humour and without seeming to try hard at all. Our first visit lasted a week and we booked a longer stay next year before the week was done.
I spent my 30th birthday at the farmhouse with my family and close friends. The whole experience felt like a dream and the whole team makes you feel well looked after from start to finish. Absolutely faultless and highly recommended!!
