We had passed by this hidden gem many times, always saying we needed to stop in. We finally did, and we were so glad we did. On our first visit, I ordered a gyro - a simple sandwich, but it was made very well. On our second and third visits, we tried the Italian beef sandwich, which was made perfectly. The fries were always hot, and the customer service was fantastic. Even when they were busy, we were able to get in and out quickly with our food still piping hot.
Excellent Italian beef sandwiches. These are authentic Chicago-style Italian beefs with a generous serving size at a reasonable price. If you're in the area, skip the common choices of Buona and Portillo's and indulge in a genuine Chicago Italian beef here. Kudos to the owners for graciously hosting one of the best cruise nights in Chicagoland every Tuesday until the weather turns cold, unlike many others who end after Labor Day.

Always good. Traditional Chicago hot dogs. Vienna meats. Polish is good because it's Vienna but not your big Maxwell type. Fairly reasonable, just not used to the prices these days. Great family owned place that does a lot for the community. Great food too! I used to get food from them weekly but have now moved out of the area. I still stop here whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

I absolutely love the thick, juicy deep-fried chicken sandwich and French fries at this restaurant. I devoured it so quickly that I forgot to snap a picture.
