You know how it is when it comes to craving good Chinese food; you just NEED it and CP (formerly China Palace) has been my go to for decades. Living in Arizona now, every time I get to Mariner's Mile/Newport Beach it is on my list of go to places. Great Won Ton, awesome Hot and Sour Soup and my favorite, Serrano Chile Chicken make it worth the trip. I have tried so much of the menu and have never been disappointed. Also don't forget they have some of the best Sushi in Orange County...jpm
This restaurant is my favored. I eat in many restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very cordial and the food they cook is so tasty. I never decline to have a nice meal here. Highly recommended.
MOST OF THE DISHES ARE BASIC JUST LIKE OTHER RESTAURANTS.SUSHI RICE WAS COLD AND TASTELESS. NOTHING ON THE MENU THAT GOT MY ATTENTION. THERE R THOUSANDS OF RECEIPE AND THEY OFFER THE SAME LIKE OTHER PLACES.
service was great, eating was great and the cool ding was that we have listened to the country music of the 1990s all the time when they are there! What other Chinese dining room can they do that?
