Good views and good food, and that is where it ended. Drinks were not good, especially the old fashioned and the customer service was non-existent. The guy on the table next to us returned his drink because it was so bad. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. We checked in and got a drink while we waited for our table. Asked the waitress a question on the menu, she never returned to answer it. We were there for 1 1/2 hours and our waitress came by once to tell us they were out of some items we ordered. When the food arrived, she didn't know what dish was which item or who ordered it. Stopped in for a drink and we took in some of their hidden view.Right behind Crab n Jack’s is the most amazing view of the Wolf River. There is outdoor seating on a covered patio if you choose to partake in the outdoor weather, but if you decide to sit inside, you get the same view with more. There is a large projection TV playing games, plenty of seating, and a jukebox playing some tunes.The bartenders are friendly, and the food was hot and tasty. Great place to eat if you're in the area, food was great burger was cooked perfectly. Wait staff was spot on, friendly and great at what they do.Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
Stopped after golfing. Super friendly staff and wonderful food, highly recommend the baked haddock and lobster mac n cheese. Definitely worth it.
