I spoke with the older waitress and ordered a meal that came with cookies and gravy. I mentioned that it sounded good and requested a short stack of two pancakes on the side with extra butter, but no syrup. When the meal arrived, the pancakes looked overcooked, lacking fluffiness and merely fried in too much oil. To make matters worse, they were cold, and the butter wouldn’t melt on them. After we finished eating, I went to pay and then returned to the table before leaving. It wasn't until we were in the car that I realized I hadn't received my cookies and gravy. Waited over 1 hr to get our meal which was cold. Sent mine back together warmed up when ifinally got it it was half the size. No mashed potatoes so I ask for potatoe casserole which was cold uncooked. I asked to speak to the manager 3 times I told he was busy. So I stood in the entrance of the kitchen. He finally came. I told him of the problem we shouldn't have to pay. He didn't seem to really care. He told me to go back to my table. He finally broke a receipt folded with a small discount! What a joke! I told the cashier he better not ask for a tip. Very poor service, poor management poor food. Bad reviews on a Trip Advisory! Very poor waitress. They were out of several sides.
I recently dined in for lunch and had a fantastic experience! The meal was priced between $10 and $20, which felt very reasonable given the quality of the food. I would rate both the food and service as a perfect 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was equally inviting, also earning a 5. If you're looking for recommendations, I highly suggest trying the Fried Apples, Country Fried Steak, and Hashbrown Casserole—they were all delicious!
We often dine at this restaurant and have consistently enjoyed our meals. Tonight, Alyssa was our server, and we were greatly impressed by her attentiveness and friendliness. It's been years since we've had such exceptional service. As always, our food arrived quickly, hot, and delicious!

We were in Tampa and missed our turn to Clearwater so with being in the car all morning you were our go to for brunch. We've been here a few times. We've never had a bad expiresnce and the food is always fresh, the servers are always friendly and attentive.

Never have a bad time a cracker barrel but my waiter was definitely high. ???? When it comes to country food. That's probably a good thing if I'm honest.
Absolutely the best Cracker Barrel we’ve ever been too. Food was perfect, biscuits were warm and fluffy and service was fantastic.
