Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I recently dined at Cracker Barrel in Trussville and had an outstanding experience thanks to the excellent service. Our server was fantastic! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel right at home with a warm and friendly greeting. The server was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always refilled and checking in regularly to see if we needed anything. He also provided great recommendations from the menu, and the food came out quickly and perfectly cooked. What stood out the most was his positive attitude and genuine care for our dining experience. I called my order in . I can’t see very well due to an eye issue. So I don’t use the computer order system. The lady taking my order was Rude. She was Very impatient with me. I didn’t get what I specified on my order. What a shame

Had the new Bee sting chicken tenders and it was horrible, chicken was definitely frozen, was thin and tough, and the hot honey was just honey
