I hate to leave a business a bad review but when it 's one thing after the other and specially when it 's my first time. I guess going on a Saturday was a bad idea. So i drive 40min to try something new and have heard good things about the food here not expecting anything crazy as reviews where less than 4 stars. Annoyance 1: Wait from arrival till food was on the table was about 1hour and 15min. Annoyance 2: Out of all the food we ordered they show up to the table with 2 pancakes. It was a party of two and 90% of the food was missing. I told waitress that to retrieve that until all the food arrives at the same time. it's easy to forget cracker barrel. I usually only visit when I go to orlando because there are not too many in s. florida. I only recently enjoyed it when I went to dinner with a group of women. was not in the mood for breakfast to dinner, so I have lemon pepper trout. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was tender and well seasoned. even the side of broccoli was cooked nicely. a good meal. Others had grilled chicken bugs (another good surprise, apparently) and breakfast. the breakfast dishes came too late and had to be redeemed again, but I won't do it for this because they were short staff (a problem for many restaurants now) and the manager was cooking in the kitchen on the line. forg...
everything has changed, the menu is more expensive and less food, why if they increase the price they lower the size of the food/plate, the place is very dirty. only the service team is good. please return to the service before you hire someone to clean the area all the time.
Wow. This is absolutely ridiculous. Food cold. Tastes day old. Scrambled egg portion is barely visible they have such LITTLE portion. It's pathetic. And we waited 1.5 hours for this food!? You should be ashamed Cracker Barrel. Done ordering from you.
