5 stars because cracker barrel! Absolutely they love. Ordering the delivery via Door Dash during the city in the store. Two of my favorite dishes Pot Roast and the Grandma Sampler. The order was quickly prepared and delivered. You forget my hashbrown-Casserole breakfast page, which is tragic (HBC is absolutely delish!!! but it was okay since I ordered both breakfast and dinner. It was a lot of food, and as an enthusiastic roadtripper, Cracker Barrel has provided me with a safe place to sleep and a nice meal in the morning for many occasions. I can't be mad at a missed side. Cracker Barrel rules!!!!
I understand that restaurants have a hard time finding people to work for them, and it was very obvious that cracker barrel was short affected. Nevertheless, our waitress Paige defined the concept of grace under pressure. She kept a positive and friendly attitude. She has informed us about the status of our order, and the platelet of cookies while we waited was a very nice touch. And breakfast was worth waiting.
The wait was 20 mins to be seated. The wait for food was at least 30 mins. The food was good, hot and the waitress was nice and tentative. She said there was no help and the managers were running the grill no cooks. With all the people out there needing jobs. Because of no help this hurts the business.
Fine Fare with a group of about 20 people. Expected. I had three waiters. Some of the people were done to eat and ready to go before the food came. And when they came back, they had no idea who ordered what two did not arrange it on their order. Altogether good shop just not this time.
