Took more than 10min to get a server after being seated. The server was friendly attentive, so that made up for waiting. There was a kid that seem to keep crying over something, so that was a minus on the atmosphere. The fireplace going was a welcome sight.
Our Server Faith was wonderful. Cracker Barrel was really busy but Faith never let us wait on any requested Items. Always smiling and polite. Made us feel at home. She is a great representative to Cracker Barrel. The food is always great.
They were busy on New Year’s Day and short on wait staff. Even so, the food was good, hot and came out relatively quickly given the circumstances.
Order was not correct. One item missing. Took far too long to get a side of green beans.
