I used to love this restaurant when it was Cassis, so I decided to drop by for brunch last week. Everything we tried was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was just perfect. I spoke with the owner and found out that everything, including the chef, remains the same as it was at Cassis. However, I can only give them 3 stars because, despite having a lengthy discussion with both our waitress and the owner about a gluten allergy, a gluten-free dish was served with two pieces of toast. Aside from that issue, the food and drinks were fantastic.
The burger tasted warm and good. French fries was also good and not overcooked. The fried calamari salad was really good. Only downside is that it was bit pricey, $20 for burger was bit too much considering the fact that this place is not in the City (no offense, though). But overall, it is worth to try at this place, although I personally would not go all the way from Queens, NY to Plainview unless there is a special occasion.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The manager, John, makes an effort to personally check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and overall experience. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, delivering quick service. If you’re in search of a lovely local spot that is clean and has a lively atmosphere, I highly recommend Craft 387.
Amazing, friendly service! We had Alexey as our waiter and he was phenomenal! Couldn't of asked for a better experience. We had a table of 7 and had a variety of food and drinks that met all of our expectations!! Would eat again, 10/10 recommend.
The food is terrific but also pretty expensive. Highly recommend the steak quesadillas and the calamari. The salads are good as well. Only downside is the restaurant can get quite noisy.
