Crafty Crab - Table reservation

eating is good, but their customer service is terrible. they are very disorganized as they wait with customers in-line around the line. the people bus before the others because they are easy to use, who always step up to the window in the conversation, say no we take the next person as cashiers do in food stores. because of this mentality, people come outside their load in confrontations. I guess I gave my 15% drinking money online with my card treated like ****. No thanks!

I went there on February 21 I waited about one hour for my food when I did get it everything was cold . I do not like being forced to give a tip when the food was extremely cold I would never go to again

crafty crab has great food and drinks. the sauces are tasteful, not oily as other counters. ask for lex when they sit at the bar

that wait is never long when they order online and they have a very pleasant staff to help with their care.
