Food was ok but incredible disappointing service. We had reserved a table of 5 for a family birthday via the phone well in advance with a special request for a table away from the bar for quiet seating as it can be very loud and we have members who are hard of hearing. After confirming our request a day in advance with the host via phone we arrived and had a wait 15-20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. We reminded the host stand of our special requests and they just said sure they would look into it. We have visited Crave numerous times, and this experience fell short of their usual five-star standard. I always look forward to the smoked Manhattan, but instead of being served under a smoke-filled bell jar, it now comes from a smoke-filled carafe, which is less enjoyable and lacks the impressive presentation. My wife's chopped chicken salad was served without the chicken, and when we received the replacement, it was cold. My King Kong sushi was excellent, although the presentation was quite minimal. I'm left wondering if there was a staffing issue during our visit. Despite these concerns, we will probably return the next time we're in the Galleria.
Food and service were great as always. However, there was a table of 9 right behind us that made so much noise with their talking, laughter, and howling. We were anxious to get out of the restaurant for some peace and quiet. We witnessed a manager walk back to our room at least 3 times. Nothing was done. We talked to our staff person as we realized the awkward position she was in. In all of our dining out, we've never encountered this level of noise. We will go back there and hopefully will not encounter this again.
The restaurant has been remodeled since my last visit. The atmosphere is brighter and cozier. Our server was excellent! He did not rush us, and was very engaging. My husband's Steak was ordered medium rare, but it was over cooked. Our server and the manager immediately replaced his entire meal with the steak properly cooked.  We were very surprised when our bill came, and they did not charge us for his meal.

Friends from California unexpectedly arrived in the Twin Cities last night, and we decided to go to Crave in Edina based on our previous experiences and its good reputation. Our table of four was not disappointed. Everything was delicious, and we enjoyed the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely be returning.
Wish you had had some menu items for breakfast rather than just the full brunch buffet. I didn't get my money's worth for the buffet, because I only wanted breakfast food. Please rethink the full menu and add a few breakfast items there too. Otherwise it was great. Thanks!
This Crave has been our favorite for years. We like the menu variety and the fantastic efforts of the wait staff. Amusing side note: It's in the Edina Galleria , but it seems half the clientele purposely dresses for going to a ballgame.
Sushi was great, as always. The petite filet, not so much. Server forgot to put in our appetizer, and told us whoops, I forgot that when we asked after our meal already came out. This was a less than impressive visit.

The Mother's Day Brunch Buffet was outstanding! The food was wonderful and the serving dishes were refilled promptly. This brunch was a perfect choice for the occasion. I highly recommend it.
