Have visited a few times now, as well as trying out the delivery service. Shop experience: staff can be quiet and non welcoming at times. Would be a good idea to familiarise themselves with what they include in their items for example if a freakshake is advertised as having 2 iced donuts, it should have 2 iced donuts and not 1 hoping the customer won’t notice. In addition if two identical shakes are ordered they should both have the same items, not extra for one and less for the other. If there is a problem with fulfilling something on the menu the customer should be made aware and given the option to order something else. Made an order here for a treat for pudding. Two Ferrero Roche ice creams and 1 pancake... £16 was a bit excessive but thought the food would be quality... how wrong could I be? The pancake was in a small pizza type box that was sodden though with syrup and leaked all into the carrier bag making a right mess... pancake had no taste and had a rubber texture... so that was binned. Milkshakes... small... cheap chocolate ice cream with a few nuts thrown in... a tiny swirl of squirt cream and a ferrero roche thrown on top... pitiful. No authentic flavour whatsoever... cheapest watery ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Did not look anything like the pics AND waited an hour and half for the disappointment....
I hate to complain, but I couldn't find an email to contact directly. Our first order arrived early, but it was the wrong order and not edible as the milkshake had spilled onto the other dessert. I called to complain and the staff were very polite and willing to prepare the correct order. The replacement order arrived quickly, but the cookie dough was completely raw. It was doughy and definitely not edible. I didn't want to eat it for fear of getting sick. I understand that it was probably prepared quickly to rectify the mistake, but there needs to be some sort of quality check in place. It's a shame because the customer service was excellent. Took my son and two grandchildren for ice cream and waffles for a treat. Ignored when we went in, though we were the only customers, waffles were average, I ordered two teas for me and my son, the kids had eaten their waffles, I had to ask where the drinks were, three staff in kitchen area chatting, when the tea arrived it was lukewarm, weak and undrinkable. We got up to leave and again, totally ignored. We will not be going back !

Delivery service is laughable, I wouldn't recommend unless you live less than 5 minutes away to then go down to the shop to inevitably sort a problem with your order. When bringing the problem up with the business they attempt to pass the blame off onto the customer. I don't want to talk bad on local businesses but the quality isn't as good as similar business around here (check the A5 parlour out) and the service is shocking.
We decided to take the family for dessert after hearing good things and seeing good reviews on Facebook. The closing time was clearly stated as 9pm on both Facebook and in the window of the shop. We arrived at twenty five past four to be told they shut at four. We then had to take the very upset eight year old to McDonald’s. This is not how to get repeat customers. We will probably not going there again.
Had home delivery via just eat.. and it came before it's time which is all good. But it was all soggy and the bottom waffle never had anything on they were both very dry to be honest considering it was supposed to have melted chocolate on it.i feel like I've been robbed I won't order again
Had a jacket potato which was very small with very little cheese on. My brownie was not a brownie it was very very dry, crumbly chocolate cake. Ice cream was nice but I assume that isn't homemade? I wouldn't return but I'm sure the kids love it!

I ordered 2 tuna baguettes and the bread was stale. You can see in the picture that the bread was so hard that our knife stood upright in it. Also, the tuna had a strong smell of salmon. I would not recommend eating here.
The food was terrible, to be honest. No one helped me with my order in the small and unimpressive dining area.
