After not visiting Creams for some time, we decided to dine there on 15.04.2022. The food we ordered was consistently good; however, we were not fans of the new ordering system. If you dine in, you are required to scan a QR code, create an account, and place your order, making it difficult to locate the specials. We prefer interacting with a person to place our order, as it felt more like ordering for delivery at home rather than dining in at a restaurant. Management should address the personal hygiene and attitude of their staff. Two of the waitresses who served our food seemed very unhappy, spoke unclearly, seemed bothered when we asked questions, and came across as rude. One of them also...
Okay visit. Food was great but they brought my partners out first and then mins 15 mins later so we didn’t eat together which is frustrating as it was a date afternoon. Ordering online was a pain as had to set an account up, just a way to get all your information when you don’t want to give it. Zero customer service. Just get a menu and told to sit wherever. Umbrella at front doesn’t work so scorching hot outside and didn’t open doors so scorching inside. Terrible experience but excellent food. Would order as a take away but won’t be in a rush to return to actually visit.
Me and my wife have tried many desert places but this one situations in Chatham Pier 5 is one of the best places to go to make your wife happy I’m not a desert man but this place this evening has made someone very happy tonight we ordered through their website and it was here within 15 mins excellent customer service but most importantly the deserts were spot on , ok price too , would like to say thank you to all the team at Creams situated and based in Chatham 4 green ticks from me and 5 from my wife
Sometime ago Creams used to make banana splits but it has not been on their menu in ages. Today Jack served us and what a friendly and helpful guy he was. Having established he had been there for 6 years we knew he would know how to make them and he did. Wow, the best banana splits ever, with all the old ingredients included. Not for a moment did he hesitate about re creating our old favourite and what fantastic job he did. Service was amazing. All credit to Jack for making our day!

We have bought a lot from these over the years and they often mess up, either it takes forever to arrive or the order its wrong, after a £70+ order last night, I am done, The creps and Nachos were stone cold and half the Nachos were missing ordered a Sharing size, well if that 's Sharing I hate to think what the single portion is like? No salsa or guacamole with it even though the menu said it came with it. Just bad service all round.
During my visit to see friends from Glasgow, my friend treated me to this restaurant and I must say the service was excellent. I ordered a plain waffle with icing sugar and lemon, which was perfect, but the blood orange sorbet was a standout - the best I've ever had. I was informed that there is a location in Glasgow, so I will definitely be visiting there. Delicious!
A group of friends and I, along with our children, visited Creams after a birthday party at Flip Out. We ordered milkshakes, but my daughter accidentally dropped hers after taking just one sip. The staff were quick to make her another one and even gave her a chocolate bar to cheer her up. We were very impressed and grateful for their kindness. Thank you.
A nice family treat. We came to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant is bright, clean staff are super friendly. The food was really good fresh. We had a minor issue which was rectified brilliantly by Becky the manager here. We’d definitely return
