2 separate orders that totalled to £50 for 4 people. For this, we received wrong orders, horrific food and even worse service. One order consisted of milk chocolate cookie dough with Bueno, an americano, a luxury hot chocolate and a bueno crepe. This order arrived bueno was missing off the cookie dough, the crepe was freezing and the hot chocolate wasn’t close to luxury, it was warm brown milk that was curdled in the glass. The next order consisted of a bueno milkshake, a cookie dough royale (double chocolate cookie dough with ferrero rochers, chopped nuts, FR gelato and a wafer), bueno cookie dough and another luxury hot chocolate. We arrived and weren't sure if we sat ourselves or we needed to wait and be shown to table. Table top had been cleaned but the floor of our booth had not. Menus are paper so not the most hygienic. Ordered 3 drinks, a fruitshoot (which was chilled) and two bottles of soft drink which weren't cold. I also ordered food at the same time which I thought would be served at the same time. My waffle came first, then nearly 10 minutes later the teens crepe before another wait of 4 mins for the 6 years olds sundae unfortunately they made this as crepes. If the 6 year old wasn't on the verge of tears, I would have asked them to make the correct dessert but she couldn't wait any longer. Food we received...
WOW We went as a family of 6 and the staff were so kind, oldish woman sat us on table 21 and give us 3 menus to look at. After deciding what the family wanted we had to make our own way to the till to place our order when getting to the till seen the drinks and donuts in display they looked very well The desserts were to die for a bit big so we got a few takeout boxes to take the rest of our waffles home but they were fantastic. Definitely be back as kids were happy food was nice and staff were plesent
After going to creams a few time we stopped going but after seeing it had had a sparkle passing one day we though we pop in again hoping the place was better but again we round no change in the cleanness of the cafe every thing that was served to us was dirty and filthy dirties cafe in Middlesbrough Tea cups dirty and stained Sugar bowl dirty half the sugar sticks wet and the other half stuck in the bowl Milk jug dirty Chips in all the bowls and cups

The food was great had a decent selection of desserts to choose from and the one I chose was great. However, the seats, floor, and menus are not to the top standard they were filthy not something you want to see from a desert place but nevertheless, the food was great. I will say the drinks are very expensive so will never be ordering a drink from here again.
My son loves going to creams as a weekly treat. My daughter isn’t a fan of desserts but she absolutely loved the cookie dough milkshake. Now she wants to come every week too for her treat ! Nice staff as usual
SUE was absolutely amazing and so welcoming and I wholeheartedly love the sorbets. There atmosphere is also wonderful and all staff was so nice
