A big blow for the creations of this young pastry chef! finally beautiful and good cakes, modern, original, light, little sweet, very well balanced and especially always fresh. Over the weeks, we have become addicted to classics and more original cakes, with associations rarely seen in the region: apricot-basilic, melon-verveine, yuzu-gingembre fresh, etc...All is made home, from the pastries (pains with divine chocolate!), to macarons, passing by the guimauves (an exceptional lightness), the biscuits! But at the same time, we don't find a lot of different cakes as we can see in some pastries because the chef wants to do less but good, perfect and especially fresh. Yet there is enough choice...
the pastry shops are rather good but the pastry is too sure of it and frizzes the arrogance the customer contact is difficult and sometimes dry of the pastry shops that must absolutely be those offered no arrangement or positive response to the special requests of special cakes yet basics many things on order but very short order period we do not know the end date but 4 days before a surprise event it is already too late
Having had the chance to taste a snack a few months ago I immediately realized that it was the pastry I needed to create the cake of my dreams a "wedding cake à la française." all the beauty of an English cake but with a 100% French pastry: red fruit mousse coated with a royal white chocolate glazing decorated with fresh orchids. this young pastry chef is very friendly and he has a crazy talent!
