A big blow for the creations of this young pastry chef! finally beautiful and good cakes, modern, original, light, little sweet, very well balanced and especially always fresh. Over the weeks, we have become addicted to classics and more original cakes, with associations rarely seen in the region: apricot-basilic, melon-verveine, yuzu-gingembre fresh, etc...All is made home, from the pastries (pains with divine chocolate!), to macarons, passing by the guimauves (an exceptional lightness), the biscuits! But at the same time, we don't find a lot of different cakes as we can see in some pastries because the chef wants to do less but good, perfect and especially fresh. Yet there is enough choice...
