Do not go there run for your life. Service is terrible and the wait time is ridiculous I laterally waited 1 hour for my food. I called 20 minutes before to place an order she refused to take my order unless I pay before food, I told her I had a baby in the car that I couldn’t wait long. Once I got there I waited 1 hour for the food, and when I open the food it was smelly and the marinade was soggy. I waisted $70 for no reason I threw everything away. I called for a refund and she told me that there’s nothing she can do. Please don’t go there the amount of wait is ridiculous for a food that’s not even that best. I wish I could of gave her 0 start
I've dined here several times, and the food is consistently excellent, likely the best in the area. While the service could be improved, this isn't specific to Creole Fusion; decent customer service is pretty rare at many takeout places. As someone who often dines solo, I tend to explore a variety of local takeout spots and have found that positive customer service is more uncommon than ordering a black and blue steak. However, as customers, we also have a responsibility to treat food workers with courtesy, respect, and gratitude for the service they provide.
I just placed order for griot and rice. The griot was very dry and hard. I specifically requested that they add the fatty part of the meat , but they purposely put the harder abd dry part of the meat. They did not give me an adequate amount of the griot, and gave me more rice. That was not right. Most of my plate was empty when I received it and had only 5 pieces of griot. The meat is cut up small too. The food was also cold. I am unsatisfied with the customer service and quality of the food. Pl ease be careful when ordering from this place.
I would have given this place a 5-star rating, but the mac and cheese, which used to be delicious, is now dry and often burnt on top. They should consider having an express line for customers who just want to order one or two items, like soup. Overall, the staff is friendly, and the owner is professional and kind. Food rating: 4/5.

I ordered Griot (fried pork) served with white rice and black bean sauce (Sos Pwa), accompanied by a fresh salad, fried plantains, and a side of pikliz and gravy. The portions were generous, and the flavors were fantastic! This dish is definitely one of my favorites!
The Fried Pork is truly authentic Haitian griot, reminiscent of what your Haitian auntie would make. It's packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and absolutely addictive. All three rice options are delicious, and you'll definitely want to keep some for leftovers.
Fried Pork is authentic and amazing!! Tastes just like home cooking from your Haitian aunt. The rice is also great in all three types they serve. Delivered food is always hot. Everything comes well-packaged for keeping leftovers. My go-to for Haitian food!!
