I give that a star because I find it unacceptable and a lack of professionalism that at 9:45 we couldn't order waffles out of the way you're open at 9 o'clock, we got to jetter by telling us to take something else like croissants. Before you were much more professional it is a shame.
A scandal, more than 35 minutes waiting to have 2 pancakes to take away. And again I had to claim because they had only done the cake... For the simple reason they serve those who eat on the spot before. And also a top organisation with one who works and two who look.
I just waited over 30min for an additional menu and pancake. They put clients on the spot as a priority. I lost my patience and I got paid back, but I had to hang out because I didn't have a manager to pay back. The previous client next to me is the same story.
To escape In covid times, employees wear their mask under their nose 20 minutes waiting. Raised, no blankets no towels and cherry on the cake when arriving at the office I notice that it was not the pancakes I ordered Book a table now
Catastrophic. Very badly advised, error on the order and everything delivered in a cardboard plate that had already served and was washed, not bad for hygiene !!!! The staff seems completely lost

Crêpe small and not well garnished. Given their price for what it costs is a bit of the scam.
