Good crêperie, atmosphere 'as at home'. The salt map is very small, but the supplement shiitake opens really interesting possibilities (andouille shiitake . Too bad the pancakes are a little clear, maybe this recipe with some wheat flour, I prefer without. The dessert crêpe was just excellent, caramelized apples tatin and flambées at Calvados.
Limited capacity such as parking opportunities (about 8 tables of 4) Good little pancakes with little filling (it had to take a second galette to be filled) folded (we don't see what's inside), a little disappointed, I expected better.
Very pleasant welcome, delicious pancakes, only flat waiting time a little longer. Very nice for a Sunday with friends.
