I've known since I was a kid; I always go back to it during my annual pilgrimage to homeland and what to say. It's one of those addresses we'd like to keep for yourself. I find not only the smile of maryse, its sympathy, but also its fabulous galettes and pancakes! products are local, always fresh, original and tasty recipes; The dough itself is well mastered and never you will find a cake that breaks or a rubbery pancake. brief, alchemy is scholarly, and I have every time the pleasure of finding the exact flavors of my childhood; It's a little my proust makeup, that crepery, and I've never found such a good one. Don't change anything! Everything is perfect as well.
We arrived at 4-1220 and left at 2.20 for two crêpes per person. We thought we'd take a third but the waiting time we'd get cooled. the waitress was completely overwhelmed while the kitchen boss had a fairly quiet pace. Why do you make that much table when you can't do the service? Moreover, the menu from noon to 12€ indicates a glass of cider a salted crêpe and a sweet with a coffee. Or, we made the mistake of taking a bottle for 4 and without coffee. So we didn't get the lunch menu and thus pay 62€ instead of 48€... try your luck elsewhere!
It's been a few years since we've been seeing this crepery and the pleasure has always been at the rendezvous. the use of quality products must be the secret of this constance. the service is pleasant and the boss does not fail to come to greet his customers. a single regret is that the situation, a little excavated, but not very far from the haras, requires to know this establishment. One thing is certain, when we went there once, invited with family or friends, if we want pancakes, we'll come back.
Good girl. but we had booked early (19:15) because we were 8, unfortunately we went out 2:15 later having had only 2 pancakes each. Besides, our addition was lost, the boss didn't believe us. Once we finished, we realized that she counted us 1 extra drink!No excuses from the boss, a huge disappointment that makes me forget the quality of the cakes.

the galettes are with the best in the South Brittany, and what really distinguishes this place from the other top celebrities (the pont st maurice, the merdy in pont scorff) is the wonderful owner. maryse is a jewel and a huge...Koch worth a visit.
good crêperie with very good salted crêpe as sweet. Unfortunately the waiting time contrasts the quality of the crêpes (compared at noon starting at 2.20 for only 3 crêpes each) conclusion good address for those who are not pressed.

We've been here more than a few times to mix up our Morbihan crêpe routine, and so far, St Michel has been good, solid, without wowing.
