The bagel was very average and just plain white. We ordered the special crepes and it has big chunks of raw tofu in it and very squishy mushrooms. A textural nightmare for myself. The vegan tax on the cheese is annoying when they have a big picture of a no egg sign. Just go vegan already. Portion size of the crepe was large. Found the service to be pretty unhelpful and non-existent. You have to order at the counter and then your buzzer goes off and you have to go collect your food. Everything is disposable and heavily plastic based which didn’t sit well with us.
The staff are wonderful But the crepes are the best Try the Royal veggie with plant based cheese and so many vegetables spinach mushrooms tahini and do much more . They have a ton of smoothie options the sweet crepes are fantastic too. If you’re anywhere near Santa Clara don’t miss it.
Love this small restaurant. Outdoor seating, vegan and gluten free options, and not in a ton of oil. Staff is super friendly. I had a custom crepe the vegan pesto is superb with the tofu and veggies. My partner had a gluten free buckwheat crepe and he loved it too. Excellent place.
We visit Crepes Bistro often and when we have visitors in town we bring them too. So many tasty options with savory and sweet crepes, soup, smoothies, baked goods and more. Plus they have Vegan and GF options too.
