We arrived at 9 for dinner. We were welcomed by Cindy who is a wonderful person and exemplary kindness. I'm used to gourmet restaurants and frankly here we were received like kings. Cindy explained to us how the restaurant works with patience and enthusiasm. We had a very good dinner, I recommend. Very pleasant staff. I wanted a crème brûlée for dessert but there was no more in the aisle, but a charming person offered to make me one again. Go there with your eyes closed.
When we come to the island it is direct to the crescendo, never disappointed on Tuesday 19 I melted in front of a bavette, wonderful meat before cooking and melting and delicious after, a real treat, nice choice of admissions, the desserts top, sincerely I feast and my family as well.
