Park and Fly is a joke. My wife and I paid to spend the night and use their Park and Fly. When we landed and called their service their answering service says one thing and the front desk says another as to when they will be at the airport. We called to get a ride in time to be picked up but they put us on hold for more that 15 minutes. I have to call from another phone several times to get thru for a ride only to find out we missed calling in time for a ride. If they would have answered my initial call (which I was still on hold for) we could have been picked up. Very rude people. Told me I can call for other means of transportation if I didn't want to wait another hour for them. Never agai...
I drove from Fargo to Minneapolis to catch a flight. My grandmother is doing poorly and I hadn 't slept. This was a last minute trip and needed to find a parking lot to keep my car for the few days. Mr Ferguson greeted me in the lobby with warmth and kindness, and as I frantically searched my phone for confirmation numbers and license plates, etc, he said, it helps to breathe deeply, let us take care of you. He probably thinks he is just doing his job, but these small acts of kindness mean the world to someone managing deep stress and big feelings. I am not even staying in the hotel, and he treated me like an honoired guest. This is how you make and keep a customer. Thank you.
Loved this place! I had the new Sticky Ribs and the Deviled Eggs recommended from the bartender, they were awesome! Just enough to share. Bar was busy with a group of men hanging out but the bartenders were very attentive, Dan was great! We will be back! Not sure what the bar rescue review comment was about from a previous guest but my friends and I really enjoyed our time here! Yes, it is in a hotel and there is a pool here but The pool is huge! Would be fun to stay here and enjoy the amenitys the hotel has to offer!!
I do not recommend the park and ride service. The front desk told me they would pick me up from the airport if my flight arrived after midnight. However, when I called to request a ride due to my flight being delayed in Chicago, I was told to wait outside in 27-degree weather until 4 AM. I ended up calling an Uber and paid $30 for the ride. I certainly would not recommend this service!

My wife and I try a new restaurant every week. This was by far the biggest win that we have since starting this weekly tradition. Food was exceptional, very beautifully presented and an amazing value. I highly recommend this place. Parking is a little dicey, since it is located in a large hotel.
We were rebooked at this hotel due to a flight cancellation by Delta. When we arrived late, Joel, the bartender, warmly welcomed us and made sure we had something to eat. I was truly moved by his kindness towards strangers in his town. Doubletree, you have a gem of an employee in Joel!
Great food, good service a nice Atmosphere! Chicken Wild Rice soup was homeade and to die for! I had the Bacon Wrapped Sirloin and my husband had the Walleye, both were amazing! Great craft beers to choose from and a huge liquor selection!! We will be back!
Paid to park here. Called twice to get picked up, different directions each time. Receptionist was beyond rude. Waited over an hour until I decided to spend $30 on an Uber instead. Do not recommend.

I wouldn't stay here. Service was terrible. Watch out. If you are even 1 minute late, they will hold it against you.
