TL;DR: At the moment, with only so long after it has opened, The Cribb Street Social is a bit on the green side with many of the technical aspects, which is a darn shame as it has many makings offered right to it that could help it be great, along with an aesthetic vibe that really requires a bit of effort to match. This definitely could be the place to be, especially for the residents living in the nearby streets and suburbs, and with saying all of that, it is not too bad just fine tuning is where it is at and it should be good to go. <br/ <br/ This was another hyped one that was newly opening, and my house mate/dining buddy had been reading up about a few places and this was one of them. Had a Sunday lunch at this newly opened restaurant along the Little Cribb Street of Milton just opposite to the Sunday market. Love the lay out and the contemporary style of set up. Took a seat inside the restaurant and the noises from the other neighbour tables (due to the echoing effect) was quite distracting to me during this lunch. Having said that I very much appreciate the choices of Gin on the wine menu. There are at least ten of those for me to choose and three different kinds of Tonic water as options as well. I ordered the Blind Tiger Organic Gin to go with the Mediterranean Tonic Water and a bottle of New Zealand Organic Apple Guava juice. Both drinks were impressive and gains a l...

We visited this spot based on having dined at Mr Edwards Ale House previously and were not disappointed. Staff are friendly, atmosphere is really nice, portions are big and prices are very reasonable. My husband was impressed with their craft beer list, one of the main reasons we came! I was pleased to see my favourite kombutcha available too so happy diners all round! My husband had a burger and it was seriously delicious and packed full of flavour. I chose the harissa spiced fish with quinoa, caper berries and grapefruit.<br/ <br/ Unfortunately as I got to the middle of my fish it wasn't cooked however after alerting the staff, my meal was promptly replaced and there were sincere apologies...

We ordered two coffees: a cappuccino and a double espresso, and I have to commend the barista for making both beverages full-bodied and delicious. For our meals, we tried a Cuban sandwich with fries and a breakfast cob. While both dishes were well-made and satisfactory, they lacked that special touch that would elevate them from standard pub fare to a truly gourmet experience. Overall, I would definitely return because it's such a pleasant place to enjoy a meal and a drink. The decor is understated yet thoughtfully designed, with ample space around the seating. There's also a convenient parking area nearby, and on weekends, the Milton markets add to the charm. Book a table now

Still making up my mind on this one... Just recently opened.<br/ <br/ 5/5 for ambience, fit out is high class<br/ 5/5 for beer, heaps of beers on tap, has mountain goat which is a fav of mine!<br/ 4/5 for burger and fries from lunch menu was great<br/ 2/5 for French toast from breakfast menu wasn't as described on menu) and just wasn't that tasty <br/ 2/5 for coffee, was bit bitter<br/ 5/5 for service although have heard their table service approach doesn't work when busy (usually after work drinks time)<br/ <br/ Will go back for beer and burger definitely.

Fantastic experience tonight. The service was spot on, attentive and helpful. Loved my espresso martini, absolutely delicious! I had the chicken salad and it was so much more than expected, so full of flavour! I'd definitely recommend Cribb Street it was a relaxed environment, chill music and a good vibe.

The staff here were incredible last night. We came to have some drinks but then had a friend who was really sick in the toilet, they were so accommodating, gave us free water and garbage bags and honestly just so kind.
