Pizza is a special treat for me, and State of Origin Night at this restaurant is truly a special treat night. However, my last two visits to Crisp have left me a bit puzzled about their system. I called in my order, paid upon arrival, and was told my pizza would be ready in 45 minutes. After 20 minutes passed, I inquired about my pizza three times, stating my name each time. Finally, the manager realized my concern and asked for my name, only to find out that my pizza had been sitting on top of the oven for 15 minutes. The pizza was great, but I suggest that the staff implement a simple system, such as a whiteboard with customers' names, to avoid confusion and delays. This low-cost solution...
It's a shame, I would have rated much higher as the food was great. Ordered online and was delivered in a timely manner by a friendly delivery man. But where was strawberry cheesecake ice cream? I was sent choc chip. When it's Ben and jerries and I'm paying that much for such a small amount(pint) of ice cream, I want the one I ordered. If you don't have it, ring so the customer can either choose another one , or be refunded for the Ice cream. The phone number is on the order when placed through the Eatnow app so can't see why a courtesy call wasn't made
I recently had Burrito Bar cater for my Wife's 50th Birthday and I couldn't be happier! The price was great, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend them. We ordered catering for 30 people and they made the night so easy. Thank you to everyone at Burrito Bar. We will definitely be back!
Ribs fall off the bone very tasty didn't expect to find ribs like that at a local pizza shop! Great pizza fresh bases. Tried the chips too..quality thick cut beer battered, not the nasty cheap stuff. Mrs. had the pasta and was impressed it was made on the pan in front of us! Definitely our new local place

We have never been disappointed with food from Crisp. Lovely guy makes the pizzas (miss seeing his wife who was also lovely but has had a baby). Pizza had good amount and quality toppings, pasta sauce was full of flavour. It’s awesome to know we can always trust the food will be awesome.
The weekend special on ribs is fantastic! I also suggest trying the dessert nachos - they are delicious. I have visited this restaurant several times and the food always meets my expectations. Keep up the good work! (I would have given 5 stars if the rib special was available every day)
Have been here a few times now the pork ribs are to die for and the pizza is pretty good to say better then the other competitor in yarrabilba
Took nearly 2 hours for delivery on a Wednesday night. Pizza was near cold and ribs were luke warm. No taste bar the bbq sauce

Ribs and spuds are beaut. Order ahead as they take a while to cook, outdoor seating area. Clean and tidy.
