The crispy pata, which should have been the hock, turned out to be pigs' feet sliced in half. As for the famous sisig, which they claim is a popular dish, it was just chopped fried pork with lemon, and some red and green chili. Where was the real sisig? There was no egg, and it wasn’t even served sizzling—it was cold.
The prices are not cheap, but the serving sizes were quite small. The service was also incredibly poor. The place felt full and crowded, but that seemed to be simply because it was very small, with a few old and unattractive tables and chairs. Overall, it definitely wasn’t worth even one star. The place and food were just disgusting.
So rude to people who are not their race! I would give a 5 star if they would change their horrible ways of talking to non Filipino people. Just cause one is not Filipino doesn't mean they don't enjoy the food. Check your selves Crispy Pata. You would be a better place if your attitudes were different. Plus you should feel proud that other races come to eat her and over from here. I called and asked if there was Pork adobo and the lady on the phone said yes. I got there and ordered all of a sudden there was none, although the group beside me was being served a Plat of pork adobo! Shame on you Crispy house!
I had a frustrating experience trying to order from this restaurant. They never answer the phone. I attempted to call for a pickup order and either got a busy signal or was prompted for an access tone. I spent around 15 minutes trying to get through. Even after finally placing my order, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before receiving it. They were great in the past, but it seems like they really need to update their system. It's 2024—having a website or a more efficient ordering system would be a huge improvement.
Is there a negative review? The woman owner and kitchen chef are the worst!!. Sinigang was extremely sour and we requested to get it fixed. The kind waiter offered another dish if we wanted, so we ordered another dish. The woman owner came out and loudly said that they cannot replace it because the chef refuses to cook us another dish. Terrible attitude on both the owner and cook.

The food was good, but it was served as it was prepared, rather than all at once. Most of my group had finished their meals before mine arrived. However, the halo halo was excellent—absolutely delicious! They seemed to be overwhelmed with catering orders, which slowed things down, and they weren’t even able to answer the phone.
I called inquiring about their adobong pusit. I wanted to order that along with lechon kawali and pancit canton. The person on the phone is very short and wanted to hang up the call already like I'm inconveniencing her. So I didn't place my order. Hopefully they have better customer service.
We love their super crispy pata, Kare kare, pinakbet, lechon kawali, and their Miki bihon. Eating here feels like you are back home in the Philippines ??Thanks for the great service Crispy House!
Delicious food and attentive service. I've never had Philippine food before and they patiently answered all my questions. The kare kare was really good. Shrimp paste goes with everything!
