My food arrived promptly, and the chicken was beautifully cooked, glistening in its own juices. It was incredibly tender and juicy—so good that I didn't even feel the need to add any BBQ sauce! If I were to use sauce, I might as well have brought my own since their selection was limited; I think they only had Sweet Baby Ray's. I was also curious about trying their homemade spirits, but time was not on my side. Additionally, it’s worth noting that they don’t offer complimentary glasses of water—you have to purchase a bottle, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I look forward to returning to the Crooked Creek Distillery. It’s a charming spot in a lovely town, and I can't wait to enjoy...

I visited on Small Business Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was excellent, and the decor was charming. The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions about the tasting flights, which I really appreciated as a newcomer. Although it was quite busy and there was a little bit of a wait, it was definitely worth it. I found the Blackberry Lavender moonshine a bit too reminiscent of tequila for my taste, but the gin was delightful! I even tried it mixed with cider and ginger beer, and it was delicious. This place is part of the Laurel Highlands Pour Tour, but they won’t have stickers and app logins available until January. I will definitely be retur...

I visited Crooked Creek Distillery on Small Business Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was charming, with lovely decor and exceptionally friendly staff who were more than happy to answer all my questions as a first-timer. Although there was a bit of a wait due to the crowd, it was well worth it. I found the Blackberry Lavender Moonlight cocktail a bit strong on the tequila for my liking, but the gin was expertly made! I even tried mixing it with apple and incubator, and it was delicious. This location is part of the Laurel Highlands Pour Tour, but their stickers and app login won’t be available until January. I’ll definitely be returning!

My wife and I visited this local distillery after having dinner at Subway across the street. The owner was very knowledgeable about his craft and graciously let us sample a variety of bourbon flavors. I was truly impressed by the selection, and I believe this local distillery deserves more recognition. That evening, we took home a lavender blackberry and an apple pie, which we shared with some friends. Everyone agreed that these were significantly better than anything you would find in a regular store. This local distillery is definitely worth a visit! Book a table now

I just tried the Leprechaun Punch from Tin Hut, which is a moonshine, lemonade, and lime juice margarita mix. I also enjoyed a pulled pork sandwich that came with a choice of three sauces: Sweet Baby Ray's, Carolina Good, and a deliciously spicy Habanero. It was amazing! The soft buns were a great touch, and the portion of pulled pork was generous—all at very affordable prices! Plus, there’s indoor bike parking available!

During our tour of the Laurel Highlands, we visited this restaurant and grabbed some amazing cocktails to go. It's evident that they truly prioritize the quality of their ingredients and take pride in their offerings. The bartender was very knowledgeable, and we gained quite a bit of insight during our visit. We're eager to come back!

The standout feature of my review is definitely their moonshine. They have a wide variety of flavors and inventive cocktail themes. The ambiance is truly one-of-a-kind, with plenty of space for you to relax and enjoy your time. The prices are quite reasonable, making it an essential stop for anyone who loves moonshine.

Fantastic locally distilled spirits by the Youghiogheny River. The staff is very friendly, and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment. I commend their choice to set up their business in West Newton.
