This restaurant is fantastic! Make sure to try the hot tamales, which are Larry's specialty. We decided to order the plate lunch, where you can choose one meat option like ribs, fried chicken, or beef livers, along with your choice of sides. You get two sides with ribs or three with chicken or beef livers, along with a soft drink and cornbread. The sides offered include yams, beans, macaroni and cheese, greens, and more, all of which were delicious comfort foods. Larry even came out to our table for a visit, creating a charming and personal dining experience. In addition to the plate lunch, Larry also offers options from the grill such as burgers, hot dogs, and more.

I have dined at this restaurant multiple times in the past. The rib tips and tamales were absolutely delicious! However, due to a high demand for his food, Larry closed his original location and reopened on Getwell in Memphis in hopes of increasing his profits. Unfortunately, after a few months, he had to close his Memphis location as well. Rumor has it that Larry's food was so popular that he couldn't handle the overwhelming business and eventually decided to quit. It is unclear whether he will return to Clarksdale or open another location.

First time in the region and we were after Tamales. Larry 's was recommended. Went to get some at 7pm on a Friday they were sold out. So I got rib tips. Several people came and were disappointed to miss out. The ribtips were realy good. Tasty and not fatty at all. Went back for lunch the next day had tamales. They were better than any other tamales we had on our trip. The restaurant is spartan, so if you want gtrand dining, this isn 't the place. But if you want to eat the Delta , then this is worth a visit.

I am unable to reach your restaurant by phone. I frequently make purchases from your establishment and reside in Sumner, Mississippi.
