For $20 one can get a large slice of roast beef cooked to rare to well done as you order, veggies and potatoes and a drink. Service was prompt, friendly and helpful. I ordered earlier in the evening as I was off to a reception and the meal was ready for me when I arrived at 8:45. I brought half the serving home (7 oz) and it was excellent two days later in a salad. One issue is that the kitchen closes quite early at just before 9 pm.

We stayed in the corresponding hotel for 4 days which offered free breakfasts. The egg bar item changed every 2 days (from scrambled eggs to some egg and bread pudding) which offers we gluten sensitive people to resort to their thawed frozen fruit combo which is not very good. Please note restaurant owners that Cornsflakes and Rice Crispies do not have gluten.

Crossroads offers a varied menu with dishes to please everyone. It is very accessible. The restaurant has plenty of parking and is easy to get to. It is presently under renovations to serve its local and traveller clientele. The restaurant is quite popular with locals and business lunches. I had the tortellini and it was as good as any Italian restaurant.

There on a Friday night and didn't have the roast beef special $(20) which looked very good but went for the potatoe crusted pickerel and my wife had the chicken cashew salad and we were (both) very pleased. Service was friendly but not 5 star and there seemed to be some kitchen delays. Still we enjoyed ourselves and the meal. Book a table now

The food was really good. The service was a little slow, especially since we were the only table there, and it was weird that she ran the vacuum for most of the time while we were there. But the curry was excellent and my friend said her sandwich was also delicious. So if your only criteria is good food, try it.

Had dinner there with another couple. Sampled several dishes amongst us. Everyone enjoyed their meal and it was served in a timely manner. Restaurant is only open for dinner between 5:30pm and 9:00pm.
