Crown and Hammer Restaurant & Pub

The Massachusetts area is known for the high quality of life provided by its wild environment and local gastronomy, hamburgers are national products, but the touch of each area can be felt everywhere. In Collinsville, bathed by the beautiful Farmington River, the Crown Hammer Restaurant is the former train station converted into a restaurant, I find a small place where delicious food is served. The town is one of the oldest in the area and culminates in this spectacular tavern/bar where, apart from hamburgers, they have everything and of great quality. Extensive list of beers and wines from the country. Good fries and generous portions. Everything is very good. I love this site

First time here. We ordered the rigatoni bolognese. Tavern burger (no bun) and a French onion soup with a side Cesare salad. The burger was not only cooked perfect, but thank god it was seasoned so well!! Plus not ordering a bun, I figured that I would have blood in my plate from resting. But the chef definitely pre rested the meat. So happy for that. The onion soup broth was so flavorful!!! And the rigatoni bolognese meat sauce was incredibly tender and flavorful!!! Keep up the good food
