My fiance were craving some fried chicken and ended up at this location. It was on the late side around 10pm and we ordered the 2 piece fried chicken combo with a choice of a side. We were able to choose the pieces of chicken we wanted so I requested a chicken breast,m chicken thigh. The chicken thigh came out perfect. It was fresh, fried, crispy and mouth watering delicious. The person answering the phone is always rude and doesn’t know what he is doing. One time I called to place a delivery order he said no delivery I called back off of a different number and suddenly they were delivering. That time he charged 15$ and I only got 1 sandwich which was 7$, I asked why is it 15$ and he hung up the phone on me so I had to call again and tell him I wanted the sandwich. I just tried to order a delivery he asked my order I ordered 1 sandwich he said the total was 20$? .. If I could give this place a zero, I would. I'm sitting outside right now, writing this review. I went in to order food for my family of six, but the guy at the register told me he only accepted cash. A young lady came in after me, heard him say "cash only," and asked again as I was leaving. I sat in my car and saw him let her use ApplePay. When I went back inside to confront him about what I observed, he lied straight to my face, claiming they were "just checking." As if I hadn’t seen the whole thing! I will NEVER support this establishment again. It’s ironic because you never know who you’re serving, so honesty should always come first.
I really wish I had caught the name of the young man working at the front. He was incredibly kind and provided excellent customer service. He was well-informed about the menu and its ingredients. The chicken dish is a must-try, and everything tasted fresh. The gyro sandwich was so generous in size that it could easily feed two people, and the sauce on it was fantastic. The prices are quite reasonable, and the macaroni salad was also impressive. This place is definitely a must-try! We're only here on vacation, and I love finding small, hidden gems like this one—it definitely deserves a 10/10!

This is my second visit to this location, and my first experience was excellent. Unfortunately, this time was not as great. I ordered two servings of four wings with fries, as well as two plain chicken sandwiches. Instead, I received undercooked fries and two chicken sandwiches loaded with cheese, mayo, ketchup, red onions, and pickles. I live over 35 minutes away, so I definitely won't be returning. Now, I have to spend more money to get something else for my child.
This place was the worst, I mean absolute worst! They advertised 10 pieces of chicken for $11.99 and 10 pieces of dark meat for $10.99 but what they don't tell you is that you can only get this deal is on Sundays. I told them this was false advertising but they didn't care. I didn't buy anything, I walked out of store. Shame on crown chicken!
This is my 2nd time ordering a pizza pie from them with extra cheese and both time It's no extra cheese and the pizza is warm not even hot... Think this is gonna be my last time ordering from them.. or maybe I just need to go pick it up and stop having them delivering it to me.. ijs
