This location definitely needs improvement. I've visited many franchise outlets, and it's clear this one needs to enhance its overall performance. The sample cookies at the front should look delicious and appealing, but unfortunately, they do not. They look unappetizing and don’t fit the franchise standards. Additionally, more staff is needed; when I arrived, there was only one person working. With a bakery and a point of sale system to manage, that simply isn’t feasible.
