I normally don 't write reviews for any of my visits to any business and I 'm all up for supporting any business that is only trying their hardest to succeed in these tough times, but todays visit,oh my!! I have never felt so discriminated ever in my life!! I walked in to pick up an order and nobody ever acknowledged me once, and 20 minutes passed and like eight more customers walked in and immediately got acknowleded with a welcome to crumbl and every single customer that came in got their order and I was still waiting, until finally I got some acknowledgment and I understand it does get busy, but I just don 't understand how I can go unpercieved for that long, I just hope no one ever feels...
Ordered 6 cookies and did curbside pickup. Followed instructions on app for the pickup and the employee handed us our cookies after a short wait in the designated parking spots. Cookies looked exactly as pictured in app. We went the week that our favorite was featured: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. The cookie was very good- but this location seemed to have cooked the cookie a little longer leaving it a little dryer than usual. We didn't go into the establishment so we can't comment on the ambiance inside but they all follow the same cookie and pink aesthetic design.
First time coming here and I have to say you get hit with the smell of cookies right away. You can order as soon as you walk in and the cookies should be ready right away. I went traditional with a chocolate chip cookie and it was really good. I don't think it's worth it to pay for that much but if you don't mind the price and are looking to indulge in a big cookie then this is your spot. It's pretty small and can order as many cookies as you want. They have different flavors as well.
Fast, efficient service and always delicious! This location is also a flavor test site. They had a 7th cookie option and if you got that test flavor they gave you a card with a QR code to fill out a survey about the test flavor. We had lots of fun trying the maple sandwich cookie and doing the survey.

They were very helpful and kind, seeing as it was my first time there. They explained how to order and the kind of cookies where available. All were delicious! I would recommend the strawberry milkshake cookie when available.
About half the time, the cookies have minimal icing and toppings. If you prefer cookies with lighter frosting or are watching your diet, this is the perfect spot for you!
They up the price by like $5 through delivery apps and they themselves offer a high price for delivery. Satisfying cookies, sometimes doughy in the center though.
I like this location, it's pretty average, good service, amazing cookies and id recommend it
