Absolutely poor customer service. Came in near the morning 10-11 am on 4/24/2024. The girl who works there does not greet people as they walk in. When order was complete just left on counter, walked away, without saying anything. Just completely expected me to know that the order was mine and walked away. I stood their for another five minutes until I was rudely communicated by her that the order was mine. We aren't mind readers. Work on your terrible customer service or quit your job.
I’m mainly doing this review for that new tres leches cake. It was not good at all and I’m mad I wasted $30 to try the family size. They should offer the small sizes again. The foraging was very disappointing, it was like cool whip and not their good sweet frosting like on the pink sugar cookie.
The cookies are awesome! They're pricey, but I still buy them, because they're so much better than anything within 2 miles, maybe more. If I were rich, I'd totally get fat here. 4 stars for the tiny lobby, not a deal breaker.
