We are huge fans of pizza and have tried them all. But if youre looking for great value and the best flavours using only quality ingredients, then you have to try Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar at the Rochedale shopping village. We have been biting the bullet & spending a little more for quality pizza's , also driving past Eagle Boys, Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Pizza Capers who are all local, & enduring the 37kmh round trip for the best affordable pizza's in Brisbane. Up until now we had been driving all the way to Mt Gravatt for a Crust Pizza, so was pleasantly surprised to find we now have a Crust Gourmet Pizza bar relatively local to us. To be fair to this fine establishment I came here seeking a quick salad, which I found. It's almost a sin to buy food from a pizza bar that isn't pizza, but there you go. In terms of their salad (and salad selection), they do a pretty good job. They offer quick takeaway service and the salad tasted pretty good. It wasn't mind blowingly amazing, but I'd certainly return, and I'll certainly think about getting pizza next time I return.
We had 10 tweens to feed after our child's cinema birthday party. We rocked up at Hawthorne Crust, and they quickly knocked some tables together and accommodated our noisy troop. We were so impressed at how gracious they were - so generous and kind, and the kids ate all their delicious pizzas within minutes! We have been regular customers for a number of years, but this absolutely blew us away. Thank you, Hawthorne Crust!!
Tonight was the first and only time that I will order a pizza from Crust.I live around the corner from your east brisbane store and waited for almost 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. When I rang up to complain about this dismal customer experience I was met with ZERO accountability.I truly hope this was down to the poor training of your staff and not reflective of your company values.Extremely poor service.

We came across this small shop in Hawthorne and decided to try some of their take away food and there were about 6 staff all busily preparing pizza's non-stop as people were continually ordering online. We ordered pasta dishes and did not have to wait too long. Meals were very nice and reasonably priced.
We have gotten Crust a couple of times and been really impressed both times. You can watch the pizza get made (the ingredients and laid out kind of like at Subway) so you know it's fresh. The pasta (prosciutto blanco) is amazing. Dessert pizza took awhile to make but really good (Black Forest)
Ordered in store. Service was good and it only took about 10mins. It wasn't busy. I have nothing to complain about the pizzas. They were fine. But I compare to other pizza places and I find Crust is overpriced and a bit lacking in flavour. I prefer Pizza Capers. Tastes nicer and is cheaper.
Consistently good gourmet pizza, very affordable for the product you receive. Great range of toppings and seems a bit healthier and less oily than cheaper alternatives.
