Terrible customer service. Dishonest. We've been coming here for a couple of years. First incident was getting our order absolutely wrong (all items), which happens, but then on returning the items immediately disputing that it was their error until proven wrong with several lines of evidence.. not apologetic at all, offered me one of the wrong items as contrition! Then, during the heavy rain, they took our order and money, then called to say they were closed and would refund it, then weeks later they disputed that they had taken the order it the money despite their app and banking records showing otherwise. I gave the manager my details but he refused to give his. Then got aggressive, asked...
Awful! I used to travel far to go to a Crust! Dominos is WAY BETTER now, don't waste your time or money. I ordered one here a while ago and it was terrible, thought I would give them another chance. Big mistake. I ordered online and they forgot the anchovies, can they not read, they even didn't put mushrooms on there, it comes with mushrooms ffs. The pizza tastes funny, overcooked on the top and the base is undercooked. I think the olives are off too.
Ordered a Tandoori Chicken pizza and for the price of the pizza I expected more mint sauce but all I got was a slight drizzle. The chicken and pizza in its entirety was extremely dry and one of the reasons i wanted more sauce.
Kids pizza was actually better but still not even up to par on some frozen pizzas I have had. Price and quality do not go hand in hand and recommend looking elsewhere for a good pizza. Don't let the price point fool you.
The most disgusting and disappointing pizza ever encountered. Overcooked, hardly any ingredients, nothing around the edges. What a rort, people say you get what you pay for and crust are the most expensive pizza, therefore they should be good. This shop deserves to go out of business especially when the manager hangs up on you if you complain

Tried the Peking Duck Pizza and was pleasantly surprised to find it was as good as they say on the menu. Have been there a few times and generally find they make better pizza than the other chains. Higher prices but better quality ingredients. I would go back again.
Great range of Gourmet Pizza's and really enjoyed the Pesto chicken club and Black forest crumble dessert. Will be trying something new this weekend!!! These guys are open for some many years and never heard of them...
We ordered two pizzas and a salad from Crust. The capriciosa and the prosciutto pizza were both really tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. We really enjoyed it and we will order again in the future! Yum!
We really enjoyed the pizza and starter. Ordered peking duck and herb bread hummus. Never heard of this brand, we live in woolloongabba. There were few slices left for next day lunch!! yumm

The pizza was soggy with minimal toppings - incredibly average. Nowhere near as good as the Crust in Hamilton where I used to go. I need to find another pizza shop!
