This was the first time dining in at Crawfish Town and they were very busy. The service was decent considering how busy they were. Decided to go with the boiled crawfish. I went with the original instead of the super hot. That may have been my mistake. The crawfish i received had ZERO taste. It was like they just dipped it in the boiling water. They were very rubbery. Love the food and love the service. Clean and friendly staff, the gift shop and the food market are impressive. I was not expecting the vast variety of products they had to offer but was highly satisfied. Beautiful establishment and beautiful artwork and has old time license plates hanging from the wall just an all around beautiful place. The food is absolutely amazing and if your in the area you HAVE TO STOP, Worth the drive if your not close you will not be disappointed.
Some of de Best crawfish I have ever had. My only knock is they can be on the salty side. The flavor and the way they are boiled are top notch. The flavor is in the meat and tons in the head and rib cage area. The size of all the bugs was consistent and perfect. Not 1 mush or soft one in the six pounds we ordered. Since i am not from the area I will be making this an annual visit.
The food was delicious. The service was absolutely horrendous though. Our server never checked on us once. We literally had to almost yell to get a refill on drinks. It was almost like he intentionally would ignore us. Sadly this will be our first and last visit. The service is just as important as the food at a restaurant.

So as I'm still sitting here, eating all this delicious food I've ordered, I have to say, wow. The service, the food. Even the tea is amazing. The bread is a must. French bread with Cajun seasonings, oysters were spot on, salivating waiting for my crayfish and my powboy. I'm impressed. If you have never been here. Donit
After months of not giving Crawfish Town my business due to poor service, I decided to give it another try so I ordered the catch of the day meal and side stuff potato to go get home with just a piece of fish no sides and no stuff potato well I guess they just loss my business for good.
We came in to try the crawfish enchiladas and crab cake and we left very full and very happy! While it wasn’t perfect service, it was good overall. The market also had a nice selection of things to purchase. I think it is definitely worth a try if you are nearby.
Brunch is SUPER OVER PRICED! 23$ for cup of coffee and plate of rice and sausage from a common pot? And when the waitress pours coffee into your glass from another plastic glass, is that called service?

It's a beautiful restaurant, clean and comfortable with friendly staff and amazing food. My husband and I loved it and will be back whenever we are in the area!
The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is very friendly I would recommend this place over and over again
