Firstly this is not the first time I’ve come here with a big group, but this was the most horrible service/food we’ve ever had here. From waiting almost 45 mins for drinks (all sodas) they were all flat and horrible taste. Then it took the waitress almost 35 to come back for us to place our orders. We understand that a group of 20 might be a lot for any restaurant so we come with patience and calmness. While we wait for almost another 40 mins for our food it was absolutely HORRIBLE. My wife and I went to the restaurant on Friday at 7:30 and the dining area we were seated in was nearly empty, leaving me puzzled as to why the service was not faster. The server was pleasant, but a bit slow. However, the food was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Paella and the portion size was huge - easily enough for two people and more! My wife had the garlic shrimp which was also delicious and came with a generous amount of shrimp. I wanted to compliment the chef, but unfortunately no one returned after we paid in cash. I went to this restaurant for lunch and the food was delicious. The service was quite slow, but my group of three friends still had a great time. Unfortunately, when we got home, one of the girls realized she had been double charged. Even though we each left a $10 tip for the waitress, we were also charged a gratuity for a large party, even though we were only a group of three. Since then, my friends have tried to contact various members of the management team, but no one has gotten back to them or tried to help resolve the issue. Because of this, I cannot recommend this establishment despite the tasty food.
It took 53 minutes to get our food out. We asked for the check because we wanted to leave and they didn’t bring the check. I asked to speak to a manager , they brought the food out and it looked like it was sitting in the heat lamp for a long time. So dissatisfied , still didn’t get to speak to a manager. Do no recommend this place at all. The music and taste of food is good but after this experience I’m never coming back.

Our waiter was kind and professional however the water they provided tasted like pool water with a lemon in it and the empanadas were greasy/watery definitely not seasoned traditionally. The oil they fried the empanadas in had an old oil aftertaste. Down to the sauces they provided, everything we ate here was underwhelming, unfortunately. I really wanted to enjoy this place.
The garlic sauce on the Garlic Salmon was very bland and lacked the usual flavor that I am accustomed to. It seemed watered down and unappealing.
Food was over priced and not very good. Cuban sandwiches were dry and not very flavorful and empanadas tasted like grease. Very disappointed.
The food at this restaurant is amazing and authentic, and they also serve some of the best mojitos I have ever had.
