Atmosphere: There was hardly anyone (5 tables max). Unfriendly staff, takes a long time to serve and forgets the bill. 18fr for a small teapot of mint tea. 1fr more for an extra drink! We ask for Lebanese tea, he tells us no, Moroccan! While another waiter tells us about Lebanese tea. Difficult to communicate. Terrible service and mediocre to not good tea. The only nice thing, the view of the lake, the sun. But that doesn't match the price of tea!
we booked in the fork with a discount. as we arrived, this seemed like an insult to the staff. they have been rude with us since the beginning. we asked where the discount was applied and choose the menus (most expensive) to. the rabatt even tho in the fork it says it is in all their dinner menus. we decided to stay with the restaurant as we wanted to eat Lebanese. we order a court to share meat called c
good food, but terrible service. I have not often seen such slow, arrogant and disorganized services. eating came late and not all at once; the waiters missed the commands several times and did not even apologize for what happened. pity because the place is beautiful, but the experience was completely destroyed by the staff. there are many places around that offer a much better experience.
